How does this work? You pay a deposit to reserve your animal. We take the animal to the butcher, and let you know the hanging weight on your animal. (Hanging weight is after skin and guts are removed, but before it is cut into portions.) You pay the remainder of the cost to us, and submit a cut sheet to Greenleaf butcher (online or by phone) letting them know what cuts of meat you would like.
About 10-14 days later, you pick up your packaged and frozen meat in Greenleaf, Idaho.
