Description
$5.50 per lb hanging weight, butcher costs included. Approximately 100 lbs. $250 deposit required. We will invoice for the remaining price after we have the hanging weight. The balance must be paid prior to picking up the meat.
How does this work? You pay a deposit to reserve your animal. We take the animal to the butcher, and let you know the hanging weight on your animal. (Hanging weight is after skin and guts are removed, but before it is ground up.) You pay the remainder of the cost to us.
About 10-14 days later, you pick up your packaged and frozen meat in Greenleaf, Idaho.
